By entering the God of War: Ghost of Sparta online Facebook promotion (the “Promotion”), organised by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Limited, of 10 Great Marlborough Street, London W1F 7LP (the “Promoter”), you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. The Promotion is open to residents of Austria, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland and the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

2. The Promoter reserves the right to ask entrants at any time to provide proof that they meet the above conditions (for example, by requesting copies of their passport). If entrants do not provide this proof when requested, the Promoter may disqualify them from the Promotion, or take away their prize.

3. The Promotion opens for entries on 25/10/2010 at 00.00 BST and closes for entries on 30/11/2010 at 23.59 GMT (the “Closing Date”) (the “Promotional Period”).

4. To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

a. log in to their Facebook account or, if they do not already have one, set up and log in to their Facebook account;
b. visit apps.facebook.com/ghostofsparta (the ”Facebook Page”);
c. allow the God of War: Ghost of Sparta Facebook application (the “Application”);
d. where indicated, upload a photo of themselves, use the Application to amend the photo and make themselves look like Kratos and submit their entry (“Entry”) to the gallery section of the Application (the “Gallery”).

5. One Entry per person. Entrants must ensure that they only submit their Entry through their own Facebook account.

6. Entrants may not include other people in their Entries and must adhere to sections 7 and 8 of the General Rules. In addition, the Entries must not contain any (i) pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit imagery, (ii) abusive, offensive or hateful imagery or language, (iii) harassing or defamatory content, (iv) content that compromises the privacy or safety of yourself or others, (v) content that demeans a particular gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, ethnicity or nationality, (vi) violent or dangerous behaviour, and/or (vii) spam, advertising or other commercial activities.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with rules 5 and 6.

8. Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities (“Facebook’s Terms”) apply to this promotion. Please go to http://www.facebook.com/terms.php?ref=pf to access Facebook’s Terms.

9. All Entries will be displayed in the Gallery. Each user of the Application is entitled to vote for one Entry only (but is not entitled to vote for their own Entry). The winner of the Promotion (the “Winner”) will be the entrant whose Entry has received the most votes during the Promotional Period. In the event of a tie between 2 or more entrants, the Winner will be selected from those entrants at random.

10. The prize for the Winner is a God of War: Ghost of Sparta PSP Bundle Box, containing a PSP 3000 and one copy of God of War: Ghost of Sparta for the PSP 3000 (the “Prize”). The total value of the Prize is approximately £140 (approximately €170). No cash alternative is available and the Prize is non-transferable.

11. The Winner will be notified by Facebook message within 2 weeks of the Closing Date. The Winner must claim the Prize by replying to the message and confirming their postal address within 2 weeks of being notified.

12. The Prize shall be dispatched by post to the address provided by the Winner. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch the Prize within 2 weeks of receipt of the Winner’s claim but the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for prizes that are dispatched later than this period.

13. If the Prize or any part of it is found to be defective or damaged on delivery, the Promoter must be notified in writing within 7 days of the delivery date. Otherwise, the Prize will be deemed to be accepted as delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights (if any).

14. The Winner may be required to pay tax on the Prize in accordance with their jurisdiction’s tax legislation.

15. By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that they consent to the use and transfer of their personal data to the Promoter and its agents for the purposes of administering the Promotion. 16. The Promoter acknowledges that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and the entrant understands that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information provided by entrants will only be used for the purposes of hosting the Promotion.

17. By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge and confirm that Facebook will not be liable for any claim, cost, demand, liability, expense, damage or loss of whatever nature arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.

18. The Promotion is free to enter and no purchase of any kind is necessary.

19. The Winner’s details (name and country) will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped addressed envelope marked to the following address within 8 weeks of the Closing Date:
